Want to increase your emotional and physical intimacy with your spouse? Discover something new about each other by asking these romantic questions for couples, intentionally created to bring you closer together.

Girl, we get it. As busy moms ourselves, we know what it’s like to realize that we ask our spouses more questions about chores and kids’ schedules than we do any of the flirtier topics we used to ask each other.

So, picture this: After another busy day, you and your spouse finally find a moment of peace. You pour yourselves a glass of wine or cozy up with some tea, and then you dive into a time of connection and fun, all thanks to these romantic questions for couples.

But these aren’t just any old questions. We carefully crafted them to spark meaningful conversations and maybe even a little passion. Whether you’re answering a question about your ideal romantic date or he’s describing in detail his favorite type of kiss, these questions create an atmosphere of vulnerability and trust.

And while you think you might know how your spouse will answer these romantic questions for couples, he might surprise you! After all, our wants and needs change over time. You might ask something like, “What’s the most loving thing I’ve ever done for you,” and suddenly, you’re bonding over an unexpected response and planning a date night to recreate an experience.

These questions aren’t just about the here and now either. They’re also about strengthening your future together as you envision new adventures and experiences, solidifying your commitment to growing together.

And, though it’s still essential to ask your spouse if he remembered to pick up laundry detergent at the store, these romantic questions for couples will help you focus on fostering a more profound emotional intimacy–which can lead to greater physical intimacy. Sometimes, all it takes is sitting down and asking each other heartfelt (and maybe a little cheeky!) questions.

Seriously—is there anything cuter than seeing kids exchange valentines? Tiny pink, red, and white notes of kindness and love flood their backpacks once a year as a reminder of the sweetness of childhood friendships (and maybe the occasional crush). If you’re not feelin’ the tear apart cards with cartoon characters this year, or you realized you forgot to get cards and you’re in a last-minute panic, our printable Valentine’s Day cards for kids are free and (if we may toot our own horn) ridiculously cute.

Have you ever looked through the cards your kids bring home and counted four Mickey Mouses, five Paw Patrols, and enough Barbies to fill an entire dreamhouse? Unless you share this link with other moms in your kids’ classes (which, of course, we’d love!), the cards your kids bring to school will be one-of-a-kind. It’s so sweet to celebrate Valentine’s Day, so do it with iMOM’s signature style of simplicity and playfulness.

Not only do Valentine’s Day cards for kids make it fun for your children to tell their friends they’re special, but they’re also a sneaky way to get kids to work on penmanship. You can gently remind your child, “If you want her to know this one’s from you, you’ll have to write your name clearly!”

If you have bigger kids, our Valentine’s Day gift tags might be more their speed. Print them out, punch a hole, and attach them to gifts or candy bags. You could even attach one to your gift to your husband.

The festivities don’t have to stop at the card exchange. Send your little loves on a hunt for something sweet with our Valentine’s Day Scavenger Hunt, or tell them why you love them in 14 different ways with our Countdown to Love printable. And lest we forget that Valentine’s Day should involve some romance, here are 19 ways to celebrate with your husband

What’s your favorite way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your kids?

Hands-on parents are incredibly important in the lives of children. A 1996 Journal of Family Issues article observed that “family disruption and lack of parental involvement during childhood correlated with an increase in lying, cheating, fighting, and criminal activity among youth.” And a study carried out by the Institute for Youth Development reported that hands-on parents raised teens who drank, smoked, and did drugs at much lower rates than the general teen population.

Hands-on parenting always involves spending lots of time with children. In his article “The Parent Trap,” William Mattox Jr. quoted Harvard University child psychiatrist Robert Cole, “The frenzied need of children to have possessions isn’t only a function of the ads they see on TV. It’s a function of their hunger for what they aren’t getting–their parents’ time.” When 1,500 schoolchildren were asked, “What do you think makes a happy family?” the most frequent answer was not money, a nice house, cars, or TVs. The most frequent answer was “doing things together” as a family. So check out the 12-step plan to keep your kids and family on track.

How much time is your family spending together?

A hug a day… Does it keep the doctor away? Maybe! Does it fill your child with love and a feeling of security? Absolutely! Maybe hugging comes easy to you and your kids. Some kids are hugging machines! But some little ones (or let’s be real, tweens and teens) aren’t as into physical affection. In these cases, you’ve got to get creative. That’s where iMOM’s Hug A Day Ideas printable comes in handy.

We’ve got six different ways to wrap your arms around your kids and hold them tightly. Test out each one and see which kind of hug leads to the most laughter, the biggest sigh of relief, or the sweetest moment of peace. The special thing about giving a hug a day is no matter what your kids are going through, it fits the bill and you don’t have to say a word. Hugs can help after a rough day at school, a practice that seemed to go all wrong, a screamfest with a brother or sister who’s being extra bossy, or a heart-wrenching breakup. So even if your kids haven’t told you what they need, the hug will do its job and help them feel your love. No words required!

A hug a day is also a great way to celebrate. Got an A+? That calls for a hug! No cavities? Get over here and gimme a hug! You made the team? Hug time! A simple embrace says so much to our kids using no words at all. In ten seconds we say we’re proud of them and we love them. The other great thing is that you can’t multitask while hugging. Your kids get your undivided attention, even if for just a moment. With a hug, you’re telling them you wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

Are you convinced that hugs are the way to go? Then use iMOM’s Hug a Day Ideas to get in even more hugs with your kids.

When we were kids, lunchtime was all about getting a break from class, trading snacks, and finding a note from mom. Now, as adults, we munch down lunch at our desks between meetings or try to enjoy a meal while having conversations with coworkers. But that note we loved finding when we were kids doesn’t have to be a thing of the past. iMOM has free printable lunchbox notes for husbands that will be a bright spot in your husband’s day.

Print these sweet notes and slip them in his lunch bag to give encouragement, make him laugh, and even flirt a little. This small surprise over last night’s reheated leftovers will make lunch the best part of his workday. And if he’s really having a tough time at work, try sending a text message, too. What you send him might seem like just words to you, but they will remind him of how much he is loved by you and your family.

Does your husband work from home? Sneak a note onto his desk, in the fridge, or next to the coffee pot. Each day for a week, you can make sure he knows you appreciate his hard work and you look forward to being with him when the end-of-the-workday whistle blows.

If you’re a busy mom (especially one who works a full-time job yourself), you know how easy it is for a whole day or week to go by without touching base with your husband or stopping to say an intentional “I love you.” Our free printable lunchbox notes for husbands make it easy to let him know you’ve thought about him and that you see all he does for you and your family.

Show your whole family love with our other free lunchbox notes. We have some made for boys and girls, tweens and teens, and special holidays too!

If there’s any season that calls for all the decorations, special songs, and themed everything, it’s Christmas! And you can add iMOM’s free printable Christmas lunchbox notes to that list. These merry additions to your kiddos’ lunches are even better than finding a jingle bell in their backpacks. Their already jolly smiles will grow even bigger because this simple note tells your children that even in the midst of the holiday hustle and bustle, you stopped to think about them.

Like all our other printable lunchbox notes, we’ve included love messages. But because it’s Christmas and calories don’t count, we’ve tossed in notes for those days you feel like sneaking in a bonus treat or want to invite your kids to an evening snuggle on the couch with hot cocoa. And of course, with all the talk of presents, these printable lunchbox notes will also help you remind your kids that they are the greatest gifts you’ve ever received.

So keep them in a secret (but handy) place, and after lunch is packed, grab your scissors and cut out the note that you think will bring a smile to your child’s face. You could even print the notes on adhesive paper and stick one right on the plastic wrap around your kiddo’s PB&J to help you countdown to the big day. If you’re into holiday surprises, you can use one of these free printable Christmas lunchbox notes to get them excited about a spontaneous after-school outing.

Christmas is a great time to pause and tell our kids how precious of a gift they are to us. Leaving them lunchbox notes is a simple way to do that right in the middle of their school day. We have so many more free lunchbox notes, including holidays like Thanksgiving and Valentine’s Day, and everyday notes designed specifically for boys, girls, and even highschoolers.
